(1am) Erica brought the truck back and dragged me out to dinner and to the Rhino. (Neat!)

Wonderful nite!

(Noon) Erica stopped by for a bowl and a brew. (Neat!)

(4pm) Carly stopped by and bs’d awhile.

(Noon) I got caught up on tax work again.

(1pm) Erica stopped by for a bowl and a brew. (Neat!)

(4pm) Linda stopped by and picked up her tax stuff.

(5pm) Well, I didn’t get a call from the university. (I am a bit depressed.)

(5am) Well, 9-1-1 called a half-hour ago to tell me to go outside and talk to the police, because my truck has been hit again. (What a shitty way to start the day!)

The police say they were involved in a high-speed chase on icy streets to catch this guy for expired plates, he lost control on the ice, and my truck stopped him.

(5pm) The estimate to repair the truck is outrageous again!

The cops haven’t turned in the accident report yet so I still don’t know if the other guy has insurance. (Annoying!)

(7pm) The cable tv just went out. (This isn’t starting out to be a good week.)

(9pm) Erica stopped by for a bowl and a brew. (Neat!)

(6pm) I got some red plastic and covered the tail lite, so the truck is legal again.

The police report says the guy doesn’t have insurance. (They say half the cars in town aren’t insured. (Times are tough!))

I went over and talked to the guy who hit me and his wife. (They say they want to pay, but it looks like they are barely getting by now and I doubt they will be able to.)
